The Chancellor of the University of East London, Lord Sarfraz of Kensington, conferred degrees upon graduates from the Class of 2026 across a wide range of academic disciplines, during UEL's Winter Graduation Ceremonies.
Degrees were awarded to students from the Royal Docks School of Business and Law; the School of Childhood and Social Care; the School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering; the School of Health, Sport and Bioscience; and the School of Arts and Creative Industries.
In addition, Lord Sarfraz conferred degrees upon officers of the Metropolitan Police Service participating in the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship Programme, recognising their academic achievement alongside their commitment to public service.
